Preaching near High School Newspapers never could tell the difference between yelling and preaching

Below is a letter received after ministering in front of the High School in Midland Texas

Dear Sir,

Many of my fellow students mock and criticize you. I however, believe that you’re a man of good heart and faith. I applaud your gallant effort to reach out to our community. I wish I had the courage to do what you’re doing. A man of God such as yourself is a rare treasure in this world. And it seems that your precious gift of preaching is unappreciated. I heard complaints saying that you were disturbing the passing students. What hog wash, I am a student. Telling them what they need to hear is more like it! I hope you’ll continue your preaching of the Word of our Savior Jesus Christ. You are a truly noble statesman sir. Keep up the good work and may God bless you richly.
