SWAT REPORT # 133 09-22-09

Rom 12:10 Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;
1Pe 1:22 Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:

preferring one another…love one another
With all their faults I still love the brethren…I believe it is one of the great fringe benefits to being a member of the body of Christ to fellowship and minister with the best people on earth.

This past two weeks Jason Dunbar (a young man visiting our field from NY state) and I visited and ministered with two of the best. In photo 133.01 is Sergiu and his family. Sergiu left from our church and went to a city named Blaj about 3 hours from us. He started a church from below scratch and is still scratching but he is faithful. Our church has helped him in every way we can and will continue to help his ministry and dear family. In photo 133.02 we ministered with him in the market near his church in hopes of finding interest in the Lord and the church. In photo 133.03 Serge preaches like he has faithfully for nearly a year now. In photo 133.04 Jason helps with distribution of tracts. We climbed a large hill overlooking Blaj and had special prayer for the city and Serge's ministry. Please pray for Serge and his family and ministry and if you would like to help him financially (for he is worthy) just let us know and we can make arrangements.

Next we made a trip into the communist country of Moldova to be with the 12-year veteran missionary Paul Hamilton. Paul has a tremendous mission right under the noses of the Reds, which includes several churches, printing ministry, publick ministry, agricultural ministry, Bible institute, and an orphanage ministry. He ministers to several hundred orphans every week now for the past 8 years. He not only preaches to them but also helps with their physical needs. In photo 133.05 Paul unloads a huge load of tomatoes grown on his farm as well as a big smile. In photo 133.06 a smiling boy helps carry the maters to where they belong…but in photo 133.07 one boy and one mater make a great escape. Oh, well, if I hadn't caught him on film no one would have missed it. Notice the congregation of orphans in photo 133.08…it's time to preach and preach I did. Then all the preachers from his church hit the streets in the market…remember this is a communist country and Paul has been doing this for 8 years…notice in photo 133.09. Now I would like to leave you with a sweet memory of the orphanage…just feast your eyes on photo 133.10…is that cute or what?

Please pray for a big evangelistic effort we are aiming at on October 9th. The village of Simpetru is right next to our new church building and we have already covered it once last winter with door to door visitation but now we have a group coming from Auburn, NY and we want to hit Simpetru again with flyers for a big preaching meeting in the community center in that village. We hope to see several hundred in attendance…many saved and maybe even some to come to our church just down the road…remember that is October 9th in Sinpetru.

Call us sometime…from US 850-390-4003
