SWAT REPORT #125
For,
lo, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone;
The
flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing of birds is come, and the voice of
the turtle is heard in our land;
The
fig tree putteth forth her green figs, and the vines with the tender grape give a good
smell. Arise, my love, my fair one, and come away.
Song of Solomon 2:11-13
Springtime always stirs and directs my
thoughts toward the imminent coming of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I feel certain, because of the verses above that
the blessed hope will occur in springtime
it might as well be
THIS
SPRING
AMEN. But certainly, He is not to
be confined to this part of the year
Even so come Lord Jesus. AMEN!
Our
ministry has been faithful through this long winter but we are eager for the return of my
partner Bro. Logan. His return will also
commence some well-needed improvements to the appearance of the church. This should present a much more inviting
atmosphere for the many who have received both a witness and an invitation.
The poem
with photos is to be enjoyed and shared as you will.
The couple in the one photo happens to be Tom and Carol Johnson
missionaries
to Papau, NG. Circa 1974. I took the picture.

The other
photos of trees with initials are from the forest here in Romania very near to our home. Notice some early dates like 1957. The cute little boy is a relative.
The other
photos show a grandmother and two grandkids who have started coming to our Bible study in
Intorsura Buzaului. That study is really
coming along. Please pray it will develop
into a full-fledged church.
The last
photo is of Cornel and Maris new baby, Lois being kissed by her older sister
Priscilla. The new one arrived less than
three weeks ago. They are both very adorable.
We are
all well and enjoying the fresh air of springtime
