SWAT REPORT # 90
08-13-07
Act 2:46 And they, continuing daily with
one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with
gladness and singleness of heart, Act 2:47 Praising God, and having favour
with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved. FIRST
SUNDAY IN OUR NEW BUILDING
Except for the daily and the temple
the above verses apply very well to our services and fellowship on the first day of use in
our new building. Photo # 9001 shows the view from the back of the auditorium while
Bro. Logan preaches. Photo # 9002 I am distributing a massive cash giveaway to
encourage attendance in S.S. (surely you know the truth of this matter). In photo # 9003
Mary Bethany and Anni do a violin duet for Sunday PM service. In Photo # 9004 Mary
Moisuc keeps the nursery as she awaits the blessing of adding to the nursery. In
Photo # 9005 our folk enjoy a food fellowship following the evening service. In
Photo # 9006 Betty leads our praise service during our afterglow. I hope all of my
readers have a genuine sense of humor on some of these captions. Like I told you
last report
this building far outshines the former facilities
it is just 20
minutes away from the city (Brasov) we long to supply with a Bible believing church.
We are beginning to reach out to the tiny village of Harmon where the new church is
located but have not had any nibblers yet. Pray we can communicate effectually
(Philemon 6) in this community. In Photo # 9007 we continue faithful
on the streets with our good men and ladies participating
and very seldom have any
encounter with the police
to God be the glory. Budila Bible study continues
faithfully and may yet grow into a church
we are still seeking the Lord for wisdom on
this. Racos continues to grow under the
pastoral care of Chuck Zander and his family
they had 25 in service
yesterday
several visitors
they started regular SS last week with the Zander
sons teaching that and Chuck preaching the morning service
we are all excited about
the developments in Racos to the glory of the Lord. In photo # 9008 we see our new church
building (we wish) from a distance. In truth whatever church building we might have
is quite in the distance both in time and acquisition. I just thought you would enjoy more
local scenery. Thanks for your faithful
support of our ministry both in prayer and finance. |
