SOMETIMES I FEEL LIKE JOSEPH

Just like I thought these Philippine Islands are part of the last harvest field and I am thrilled to part of it all. I PREACH to the police…I PREACH to the army…I PREACH in the Jeepneys and busses,…I PREACH to refugees from the flood in tent cities…I PREACH in the jails…I PREACH to the governor and his staff…I PREACH to 6,000 public high school kids assembled in a huge field for 30 minutes…and I PREACH on the extremely busy streets with upwards to 50% Muslim. I preach in churches, Bible Institutes, Christian schools, pastor’s conferences, DVBS’s, home Bible studies and youth groups. The harvest is "by handfuls" even as I try to be patient waiting on the Lord’s hand to move in behalf of our Bible Institute. We have had some temporary setbacks but we are confident the Lord will bring his assignment to fruition in His time.

We are wrestling with the "Immigration people" right now so we request your prayer. After hearing many other horror stories from fellow missionaries concerning their "visa fiascos" I will try not to complain but you would think these foreign governments would welcome we self-supporting bringers of good news.

ALL TOGETHER NOW…

We are all well and we are all back together now…Praise the Lord. Mary has rejoined us after her graduation from BBTI and her missions trip to the Amazon. She is enjoying the no pressure settling back in time and praying and seeking the right direction for the near future.

PRAY IF YOU WILL

We request prayer for the proper location and facilities for the Bible Institute. We would love to have everyone and everything on one piece of property but finding that with our limited budget is impossible…but nothing is impossible with the Lord.

James Manalo is Mary Bethany’s older brother. He and his wonderful family have joined us in this ministry and he is a gigantic blessing. He is a very capable and faithful man and I praise and thank the good Lord for him.
