Ecc 4:9 Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour.
Ecc 4:10 For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up.
Ecc 4:11 Again, if two lie together, then they have heat: but how can one be warm alone?
Ecc 4:12 And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.

A STRONG CORD In discussions with other missionaries, pastors and labourers for the Lord it seems that the group plan for missions has gained merit among we strong independents. WOW…I wonder if the Lord knew what He was talking about. Bro. Logan and I have both been on the beneficial end of being partners in this venture for the Lord. Who was it that said, "It remains to be seen what the Lord can do with a man who doesn't care who gets the credit." The main drawback with group missions is that no independent is willing to be second, third or even equal with someone else. Right now Bro. Logan is in the states for two months doing what we both feel is the perfect will of the Lord for him and his family at the present time. That would be impossible if he did not have a partner he could trust. Several times during the course of 2006 I have traveled to western Europe as well as other parts of Romania doing the Lord's work in helping other ministries with the talents the Lord has given me. This too would be near impossible with the partnership of Bro. Brent Logan. Now Bro. Zander and his family are coming in May to make this work a threefold cord. Actually he offers the best deal on missionaries available on the current market because three of his sons, all grown and all capable in many areas of ministry are coming with him, so in supporting Bro. Chuck Zander you get 4 for the support of 1 at the present time. I have a piece of that stock myself. All of his sons feel the call of God on their own lives for this field as well. On the first of January we have another family coming for their second visit to this field and they too are looking for direction from the Lord toward this part of Romania. Do I get the distinct feeling that the Lord wants to do something big here? AH, Yes. That would be a cord of 7 strands…all trained and capable in their respective fields…all pulling in the same direction. I am getting excited. Well, that is what is happening currently and in the next few months.

THREE WORKS IN THREE DIRECTIONS You have probably heard of the prince who mounted his horse and rode off in all directions…that is how we sometimes feel. God has allowed us to open a ministry in the village of Racos which is 1 hour up the main road to the north. Bro. Zander is foaming at the mouth to put the pedal to the metal in that work. Then, we have a strong group following the Lord via our leadership in a village named Budila. At the present time is consists mainly of Gypsies who seem to love the Lord and His Word. Pray with us about use of some facilities in that community just 20 minutes east of our main ministry in Brasov. At the present time we are bussing about 20 of them in to our ministry in Brasov using a 9 passenger van. These ministries are display cases of some that we have led to the Lord and are presently discipling. These ministries boast of men who are bold enough for the Lord to minister publickly to their friends and relatives, all of whom knew them before they found the Lord.

PERSONAL We are all well and happy to have something to do for the Lord. We are thrilled to be on the ground floor of a great work for the Lord and to be used busily in that work. I am fulfilled in teaching, preaching, music and some opportunities to write. Robin is a fine wife, mother, home-school administrator and the finest hostess in eastern Europe. Mary is excelling in LIFE. She is bringing to fruition many of the talents the Lord has given her and shows every desire to use all of them for the service of the Lord. She is 13 and still loves her mom and dad…how about that. Thanks to all who support the SWAT TEAM in both prayer and finance.
